A Basement Designed for Living, Entertaining & Everything In Between

This basement was reimagined as the ultimate destination for relaxing and entertaining, with a comfortable TV viewing area, a custom bar with storage and seating, a game area with pub tables and chairs, and a dedicated theater room.

This Alexandria, VA bathroom transformation is officially in the construction phase, and we’re loving watching the design come to life. The tub is being converted into a beautiful tile shower with a grab bar, floating bench, under-shower niche, and plenty of thoughtful details for both style and function.

The transformation also includes a new vanity and a fresh tile floor.

Demolition is underway, and as with many remodels, you never know what you’ll uncover once the walls come down.

In this kitchen, we discovered mold. Next up: repairs, new masonry, and a solid foundation for the beautiful new space to come.

Sandra is back at a repeat client’s home in Sterling, VA, helping prepare it for its next chapter. After returning from an overseas assignment and enjoying five years back home, our client is heading abroad once again and getting the house ready to welcome new tenants.

This visit is all about the finishing touches, including fresh paint touch-ups throughout the home to keep every room looking its best. You’ll notice this home is full of beautiful, bold color! It’s a perfect reminder that colorful spaces can still feel timeless and rental-ready with the right care.
