In the last 15 years my husband and I have dug up grass and boring bushes and planted perennials and annuals to turn our yard in to a garden. Am I a Master Gardener? No, but I learn as I go and I love it! Are there weeds in my garden? Am I a certified florist? No, but I love arranging flowers. I have loved flowers since i was little and picked my Mom bouquets several times a day! Flowers make peop

le smile and I love that. I love to use the flowers I grow, but also can order requested flowers and work with them. I can do flowers for a dinner party or a wedding for 200 people. Dug up the dahlias yesterday 🥲. Thanks to my hubby for helping, I’m not as strong as I used to be. They are a lot of work, but so worth it! And it was nice not to have my hands frozen like usual- thanks Mother Nature!! 🍁🍂🥲❤️☀️

Facebook let me know that it’s been a month since I posted! Moving, a bad sprained ankle, and other things have kept me away from flowers. I miss my garden, I miss doing vases of flowers, miss digging in the dirt. I will get back to it and make new gardens, but for now, I’ll share this beautiful flowering tree in my new yard🥰💐

Said goodbye to this garden, where Annie’s Garden began😭💐, but I will continue to do flowers this Summer. I will be planning and planting this spring in a new place. Learned a lot here! Appreciate all the lessons nature has given me. Will always love this wild and crazy garden, my place to get lost in when life is hard. 🥰
