This is a juicy, sweet, addition to our Fall Lineup...
"Pick" yours up before there's none to be had.
There's something memorable about picking apples when I was little...it was my way of getting away with not going inside for lunch. "I already ate!"
I feel so fortunate to have grown up, with a garden, an orchard, and a Grandpa that grew it all. What a blessing. We will be pouring these to order - releasing them the first week of September - if we can get them out earlier, we will.
You fanatics are asking for Fall and Winter already..which means that you're ready for this season to shift. Summer is a beautiful lesson, that's for sure! We're reminded every year, with extreme heat in July-August that Fall is necessary. It's necessary for the rest, the stocking up of the garden goodies, and of course, the changing of the guard...those beautiful apples are ready + the leaves change and start to fall.
You may be a summer person, like me...but, I sure love Fall...and as I've grown older - I love Winter too. I may love it because...it makes me long for summer again. No matter how you look at it...Gosh we're lucky.
