Where would you put a little Babylon?
A hallway. A closet. A pantry. A staircase.
We rather like the idea that the rooms we use every day can hold a little more wonder, that beauty needn’t be reserved for the grandest rooms in the house.
Babylon was created as an invitation into another world: a romantic landscape filled with winding paths, distant hills, trees, water and a sense of somewhere just beyond reach. And perhaps that’s why it feels so at home in the unexpected places.
Because sometimes the room you least expect is the one that becomes your favourite.

What if every wall told a different story?

That’s the beauty of customization.

With our Voyageur mural, the landscape can be composed to suit the room, allowing you to choose what you see first, where the story begins and how it unfolds as you move through the space.

Wrap it around a room. Change the perspective. Crop the scene. Frame it within panel molding. Or let the landscape travel up a staircase.

The mural stays the same.
The experience doesn’t.

And, of course, none of this happens without a brilliant installer.

This staircase installation was brought to life by the extraordinary artistry of ETPM whose craftsmanship allowed Voyageur to move around the staircase so beautifully, making every turn, angle, and architectural detail part of the composition.

Some of the magic is in the mural.
 Some is in how it is installed.

And with the Harvest Moon rising tomorrow, it seems a rather fitting moment to think about the magic of a view that feels entirely your own.

Some views only happen once.

And perhaps that’s what makes them worth remembering, my Dears. ✨

A room enveloped in pattern.

We’re delighted to see Fine & Dandy Co. at home at the RH Gallery in Greenwich, Connecticut, in this beautifully layered bedroom envisioned by creative Jen Kelly

Jen brought our wallcovering and Belgian linen together to create an immersive composition of pattern and texture, carrying the design from the walls through to the bed and drapery.

And, if you look closely, you’ll find a little sneak peek of our new Linen collection, a first glimpse at what’s to come.

It’s the kind of room we love most, where pattern isn’t simply decoration, but becomes the atmosphere itself.

Thank you Jen, for bringing our work into this wonderfully theatrical space. We’re so thrilled to see it come to life.

We’ve been told, in one way or another, to edit, simplify, pare things back.
But maximalism has a different philosophy.
It’s about letting pattern, colour, scale and personality have a little more room to play.
Let one room lead you into another. Mix patterns that relate without matching. Repeat a colour or motif. Create a little surprise around the corner.
The trick isn’t simply adding more.
It’s making more to discover.
And as Dolly so perfectly put it: “But I like more.”
A fitting sentiment, and a lovely reminder of a woman who never seemed interested in being anything less than herself. 🤍

Most people stop decorating at eye level.
We think that’s where some of the most exciting opportunities begin.
Designers often refer to the ceiling as the fifth wall, yet it’s frequently left untouched.
But imagine if it became part of the room instead.
A painted sky that lifts the ceiling.
A trompe l’oeil that introduces architecture where there was none.
A celestial map that invites you to look up.
A landscape that transforms the ceiling into another horizon.
The ceiling isn’t simply above the room.
It’s part of the room.

The best landscapes aren’t always outside.

There’s something wonderfully fitting about a country landscape overhead in a farmhouse.

Our Chatsworth ceiling mural blurs the line between architecture and nature, inviting the outdoors in and drawing the eye upward to an unexpected view.

The view doesn’t have to end at the window.

For this home office, our client is deciding between two wallcoverings. To help bring each possibility to life, we’ve created these visualizations because seeing a design at scale, in your own room, often reveals what a sample alone simply can’t.

It’s easy to think of a room’s quirks as limitations.
A low ceiling.
An awkward bulkhead.
A dark corner.
An unusual wall.
But more often than not, these aren’t problems to solve, they’re opportunities waiting to be reimagined.
The most memorable interiors rarely begin with a perfect room. They begin with a designer willing to work with the architecture rather than against it.
Every challenge has the potential to become the room’s defining feature.
Sometimes all it takes is looking at it a little differently.

Every collection begins somewhere.

For Architectura, it began in Italy.

While travelling through the country, photographer Benjamin Edward Birch captured moments of architecture, texture, light, and atmosphere that linger long after a place has been left behind.

Those moments became more than photographs. They became the foundation for four richly textured wallcoverings, each one preserving the remarkable depth and detail of the original imagery while inviting a new experience of place.

Perhaps the greatest souvenir isn’t something you bring home, but something that stays with you long after you’ve returned.
