TracEy's Kitchen & Garden I’m wife to Scott, and Mom to Faith. I’m a new Independent Consultant with the Pampered Chef and I'M BACK BABY!

After taking a 10-year break to raise my daughter that we adopted at 3-years old, I'm finally back to selling Pampered Chef once again after selling for 2-years and earning a Caribbean Cruise in my first year in business. I can not tell you enough how much I've missed being a part of the Pampered Chef family! I can proudly say that today I am Mom to Faith, Wife to Scott, and Master to our (4) Dogs

, Sara, Roxy, Lucy, and Tucker. Aside from loving to cook, my passion in life is to garden. I have an edible garden here at home, as well as, a Community Garden that I Founded in 2016, and now Manage called, "Highland's Giving Garden". I also enjoy kayaking, and camping with my family and friends.

Pumpkin Surprise:

This recipe has been passed down through the years with the Powell Family. The first time I tried it I knew that this recipe had to live on with our family. It is BY FAR the best dessert I have ever tasted during the Holiday Season. If you are one that loves Pumpkin Pie with a hint of cake texture, this is a to die for recipe!

Ingredients:
1 Large can of Pumpkin
1 can of Evaporated Milk
4 Eggs
4 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 cup Sugar
1 cube of Butter
1 box Yellow Cake Mix

Directions:
1. Mix all the above ingredients. Pour into a greased cake pan (9"x13")
2. Sprinkle Yellow Cake Mix evenly over the top of the above mixture
3. Melt cubed Butter and pour all over the top of the Yellow Cake Mix
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

These quiche are my go to for most mornings., and our Deluxe Air Fryer cooks them perfectly. It only takes 10 minutes to cook on the air fryer setting. These with a nice cup of coffee? Yes Please! 🙌
