We are a local, family owned, property maintenance company servicing Madison, Bond, Clinton, St. Clair, and surrounding counties. We are looking for a hard worker who is reliable, punctual, possesses excellent customer relation skills, and able to complete projects both independently and in a crew setting. Candidates must also have reliable transportation to get to work. Tools and company van will be provided for work day.
Monday through Friday, 8a to 5p with occasional weekends.
Experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train as needed.
Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Medical insurance available after 90 probation period.

We are looking for both an experienced maintenance specialist and someone looking to assist. We are happy to train as needed.
Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record.
