We’re heading into the last two days of voting—and today votes count for DOUBLE.

So if you’re still with me and supporting this journey (and all of the incredible contestants in it), today’s a great day to cast your vote 💛

And get ready… there’s more ahead.

I’ll be honest—I had no idea what I was signing up for.

I thought it was a quick “vote today, winner tomorrow” kind of thing.

LOL… I was very mistaken.

But honestly? I’m glad I didn’t overthink it.

I didn’t question it to death or talk myself out of it—
I saw the opportunity and immediately thought…

HECK YES.

A chance to work with Damon John, be featured as an Entrepreneur of Impact, and win $25,000?
I’m in.

But more than that…
this has been a chance to get back in the game.

To show up.
To share what I’ve been working on.
To reconnect with the work that means so much to me.

Because everything I do—and everything I’ve become—is about impact.

(Honestly… I’ve even been playing with a new venture with “Impact” in the name—but that’s a story for another day 😏)

For today?

It’s about staying in it.

And seeing what’s possible.

Today is the day! Voting opens at 10 PST / 1 EST (Monday the 23rd).

Applying for this opportunity brought a lot to the surface…
the fear of showing up and not knowing what people would think or say—
and choosing to do it anyway.

It also gave me a chance to see the journey—from where I was to where I am now…
all the ups and downs, and everything in between.

A journey that began long before I ever became an entrepreneur.

At the heart of it all—the home, the office, and the parts of life that fill the space between—
was a girl on a mission to find herself.

A perfectly imperfect person navigating each and every turn.

I was fortunate in my 30s to have the opportunity to figure out who I was…
how to forgive, how to love, and how to let go.

How to turn my weaknesses into strengths—and my strengths into superpowers.

This whole experience has been more than just a challenge for me—it’s been a reminder.

A reminder of where I started…
Why I started…
And how everything builds when you’re willing to take action—even when you don’t have it all figured out.

Because that’s always been the message.

You don’t have to have everything perfectly in place to begin.
You just have to decide.

Today is the day.

If you’ve been following along, supporting me, or have ever been impacted by my work in any way… I’d be honored to have your vote.

And no matter what happens—win, lose, or draw—

Im excited to be here!

Tomorrow’s the big day… voting opens Monday the 23rd.

Feels like the perfect time to share a little more about the journey I’m on now.

Being an Entrepreneur of Impact goes far beyond this challenge.

For me, this pushed me out of my comfort zone and back into the game. I haven’t really shared what I’ve been working on in over a year… and that alone has been a shift.

What I’m working on now looks different than where I started—but it’s all connected.

These days, I’m stepping more into the role of an operational architect—working alongside business owners to bring structure to their vision and momentum to their growth.

Aligning vision, people, and process… organizing the flow of operations in a way that supports scalability.

Helping owners and their teams get out of the weeds, create clarity, and put a framework and structure in place so the business can grow and scale.

It’s part strategy, part ex*****on, and part creating the kind of clarity and structure that allows both the owner and their team to operate with more ease and alignment.

But at the core, the philosophy is still the same…

Helping people see what’s possible—and organizing how they get there.

Whether it’s your business, your space, or your life… it’s getting the little things in place that make the big things possible.

I love empowering people—and now their teams—with the work that I do.

The countdown is on… voting opens Monday the 23rd.

As this approaches, I realized this is probably a good time to share what made me want to apply in the first place.

The other day I was lying in bed scrolling social media when something popped up:
“Could you be the next Entrepreneur of Impact?”

I thought… that would be amazing. Let’s see what it takes.

Four simple questions:
What do you do?
What inspires you?
What motivates you?
What would you do if you won?

I filled it out, submitted it, and didn’t think much of it after that.

But one question stuck with me…

Why would I apply?

And the answer brought me right back to the beginning.

I’m just a woman on a mission to help as many people as possible get the little things in place—so they can make the big things possible.

What started with helping people in their space figure out what goes where quickly grew into something deeper.

It became about how to think about what goes where—and letting go of what wasn’t serving them.

Seeing how the energy of your space, the center of who you are, and the life you want to live are all connected.

It became about awakening the connection between mind, body, spirit, and space.

From there, it evolved into helping people in their life… and now into helping people in their business.

The work has grown, but the heart behind it hasn’t changed.

It’s always been about creating clarity, making space, and helping people see what’s possible—
I love that sometimes one conversation is all it takes for someone to feel motivated to take action.

🌱 Wrapping Up GO Month | Make It Happen

As we wrap up this week and our month-long focus on getting organized, I want to pause for a moment.

Because if you’ve been following along, you’ve likely noticed something important:

Getting organized isn’t just about bins, boxes, or systems.

Over the last few weeks, we explored:
• what being organized means for you
• what being organized can look like for you
• options for taking action and
• what happens when organizing alone doesn’t fully resolve the feeling

But here’s the thing - organizing isn’t a one-and-done event.

It takes time to create, and time to keep up with.

And when things fall out of place — because they will — having an organized foundation makes it easier to reclaim your space, reset, and move forward without starting from scratch.

If there’s one takeaway I hope you carry with you, it’s this:
Organizing is a powerful tool — but it’s not the whole picture.

Sometimes organizing helps you create order.
Sometimes it helps you gain clarity.
And sometimes it helps you see what else needs attention.

This is all part of being organized.
If you took action this month — I’m proud of you.
If you mostly reflected and noticed patterns — that matters too.
If you realized you’re not ready yet — that’s even more valuable, not failure.

“Getting organized isn’t about having things perfectly in place.
It’s about being at peace with what you choose to keep in your life and how you choose to live.”

It’s about finding what supports you — your space, your work, your business, and your life!

Whether you’re getting started with being organized.
Revisiting an area you’ve organized already or
Uncovering areas you didn't even know you could organize
Sometimes the next step isn’t organizing more.

It’s having a conversation about what would work for you to help things stick.

Reach out to me to see how the power of talking through your specific space will inspire, motivate, and empower you!

Thank you for being here.
Thank you for reflecting.
And thank you for letting this be a month of awareness, intention, and possibility.

🌿 Today, we’re looking at what can happen when organizing life doesn’t feel like it “worked.”

In the example from last week, we shared what organizing your finances might look like as a place to start.

Maybe you:
• looked at your budget
• created one for the first time
• reviewed what was coming in and going out
• thought about where you could cut back or spend differently

You felt proactive.
- Relieved.
- Like you were finally getting a handle on things.
- And for a moment… you did feel better.

But then as time passes.
- The budget started to feel restrictive.
- The structure felt tight instead of supportive.
- And the feeling you hoped organizing would create didn’t last.

This doesn’t mean the organizing didn’t work.

It means there was more to it.

Money — like relationships, career direction, health, and time — is one of the non-physical areas of life we can “organize.”

And these areas don’t respond the same way a closet or a desk does.

They often ask for:
• more time
• more adjustment
• more self-awareness
• and more compassion

Here’s a gentle way to move forward today:

Instead of changing anything, try observing one thing:
• Where does this structure feel supportive?
• Where does it feel constraining?
• What feels like it needs a small adjustment — not a full overhaul?

Sometimes the next step isn’t organizing more.

It’s listening more closely to what the organizing revealed.

That information matters and will help you create a method for staying ahead of the finances without the feeling of restriction or defeat.

This is your year, even if it takes all year – because it’s an ongoing process. You got this!

Tomorrow, we’ll pull everything together and talk about what to do when organizing is part of the solution — but not the whole picture.

🧩 When organizing your business helped… but doesn’t resolve the issue or solve the problem

Some of you may have skipped the home and the office (for now) and decided what needed attention was your business.

- You cleaned up files.
- Streamlined a process.
- Mapped out workflows.
- Created structure where there once was chaos.

And for a moment, it felt relieving.
- Clearer.
- More professional.

But then the pressure returned.
- The bottlenecks didn’t fully disappear.
- Decision-making still felt exhausting.
- The business day-to-day still feels heavy.

When this happens, it’s not because organizing your business didn’t work.

It’s because organizing often reveals what is hiding under the surface.

In business, organization tends to expose:
• unclear ownership or decision paths
• too many roles being held by one person
• processes that exist, but aren’t followed
• growth that outpaced the systems meant to support it

Organizing the business is one piece.

Aligning vision, people, and process is what allows it to function.

Here’s a gentle place to start — without rebuilding everything:
Choose one area to observe this week:
• Where does work get stuck or slowed down?
• Where are decisions unclear or revisited repeatedly?
• Where are you personally holding too much?

You don’t need answers yet.

Just notice what organizing helped you see.

That awareness creates your next best step.

Tomorrow (Friday), we’ll close the week by zooming out —
Looking at what happens when organization alone doesn’t resolve the bigger life picture.

Saturday will close the January Get Organized Mini Series.
