For those who don’t know, I spend my days teaching high school business courses — Accounting, Intro to Business, Business Management, and a few computer courses, too!
Our schedule includes a daily Flex block that gives students a chance to get extra help, catch up on work, or occasionally participate in activities centered around hobbies and interests.
Today, I had 17 girls (plus a few staff members who caught wind of what we were doing 😂) stop in to paint fall and Halloween-themed earrings! 🍂🎃👻
I just love getting to share a little piece of my passion with them! It was so much fun watching their creativity shine and seeing all the different ways they put their own spin on things. I love how everyone can start with the same idea and come up with something completely different from what I would have created!
Days like this are such a fun reminder that sometimes the best learning experiences happen when we get to explore our interests, try something new, and just be creative! 🧡
