We’ve got some new faces around here lately, so I thought I’d take a second to reintroduce myself 🤍
Hi, I’m Jessie — the face behind Candles By Jessie.
What started as me making candles in 2020 as a hobby quickly turned into something so much bigger than I ever expected. Over the years, this little business has grown, changed directions a few times, and has become something I continue to pour my heart into.
These days, we offer soy wax candles, laser engraved pieces, and custom floral arrangements for all kinds of occasions. From Mother’s Day flowers, to funeral arrangements, to custom wood pieces, we truly love being able to create meaningful things for people during all seasons of life.
While you’ll usually see me posting, creating, or running around behind the scenes, my husband Tyler is a huge part of this business too, especially when it comes to the laser engraving side. A lot of the ideas, late nights, setup days, and big projects are tackled together, and I honestly couldn’t do this without him.
Outside of Candles By Jessie, I also run a little farm stand out in Cornelius, which has quickly become one of my favorite things. I absolutely love baking, being outdoors, going on hikes, and being part of our local rodeo community. Life stays busy around here, but I truly love every part of it.
This business has allowed us to meet so many amazing people and be part of our community in ways I never imagined when I first started pouring candles at home.
