Stunner 3500+ sq.ft home in Bull Mountain area of Tigard. $750k, already pending in 3 days! So proud of these repeat clients of mine I did a staging consult for years ago. Lots of rearranging, furniture swaps into other rooms and de-cluttering and cleaning. What a difference!

Furniture arrangement is so important when you can't add additional decor. Removing window coverings if they block natural light, switching up rugs and decluttering-all free!
