Diamond Custom Machines Corporation (DCM) provides robust tabletop and commercial scale refiners for making chocolate and nut butters from scratch. We are committed to designing machines that are both simple to operate and maintain, and that efficiently and effectively refine cacao nibs and/or nuts to artisan-quality standards. Additionally, we make it a priority to provide personalized service and support to all of our customers. We provide refiners to chocolate-makers worldwide, and we are proud to support both large-scale chocolate-making operations as well as small-scale producers who are just starting out (making chocolate directly from their own native crops).

DCM refiners are available in a wide range of sizes, allowing us to support our customers every step of the way as they expand their operations. Our machines are in stock in the USA and are typically available to ship with very short lead times. Have a question or issue?
