No trip to Hawaii is complete without shave ice, and on Maui, Ululani’s is the gold standard. Made with fine, fluffy ice and real fruit syrups, a stop at Ululani's for shave ice is the perfect way to cool off on a hot Maui day.🍧

Pictured here: Sunset Beach (Passion Orange, Mango, Guava) with fresh mochi and Li Hing Mui powder. 😋

Oh yes!!!

Hot Malasadas stuffed with lilikoi, guava, and lemon goodness. This popular truck is a must-stop on the way to or from the beach. 🏖️

Located on the Hāmākua Coast, Waipiʻo Valley was the boyhood home of King Kamehameha I. An important place in Hawaiian history and culture, "The Valley of the Kings" is a sacred and beautiful spot. Though the valley itself is closed to non-residents, you can enjoy a bird's-eye view from the stunning Waipi’o Valley Lookout.

This dramatic 442-foot waterfall is easy to view thanks to a paved 0.4-mile loop trail that weaves through a dreamy rainforest filled with ferns, wild orchids, and bamboo groves.

It's one of the Big Island’s best easy hikes and one of my favorite things to do. 💦
