I’ve always loved growing fresh vegetables and peppers are one of my favorites. These are Anaheim’s and they are the peppers you find in a can of green chilis.
You can either can them or freeze them and since I didn’t want to drag out the canner just yet, I decided to roast them and freeze them. My house smelled so good! Next up are the poblanos…
