Dust Bunny Decor Dust Bunny Decor is my new business at Crafter's Emporium & Book Exchange in Hixson, TN. This is Brenda Johnston from Brenda's Hot Cocoa Bombs.

Crafter's Emporium & Book Exchange is a Crafter's Marketplace of a variety of handcrafted items, Home Decor, Gifts, Vintage & Antiques, Used book sales and trading. TikTok made hot cocoa bombs a viral hit during COVID, but the market soon became saturated with cheap products and as a home baker I was not able to compete. I stopped making them for the public in 2023. I am a now a new vendor at Craf

ter's Emporium & Book Exchange in Hixson, TN. They offer classes that range from sourdough starter workshops to stained glass. My booth's name is Dust Bunny Décor. I plan to source items that are vintage with
a flair of mid-century modern, bohemian, maximalist and perhaps even funky junk style. Brenda's Hot Cocoa Bombs will have a small comeback during the holidays with some products available in the booth. Be looking for announcements about when items will be available because there will be limited supply stocked in the booth. It should be fun, and I hope you will visit my booth sometime. When you enter the store take a left and I am in the back of the store… in the bright yellow booth!

This week I will be adding these vintage teddy bears (and a couple of their friends) to my booth —Dust Bunny Decor. They are all dressed up for a Ralph Lauren Christmas sporting their tartan bows. There are retired Boyd's Bears, Brooks Brothers, Build-a-Bear, Wacky Bear, and more. Did you have one of these bears as a child? Well, you can now have one sitting by your Christmas tree or accompanying some other Christmas decoration. Come by and visit the bears soon. 🙂

I thrifted this vintage ceramic Christmas tree back in July. She was greasy dirty, missing lights and chipped in several places. Someone tried to coverup tye chips, but did a poor job. She was an ugly duckling. I cleaned her up a bit and gave her new lights abd a base. Isn’t she lovely now? Should I keep her or put her in my booth— Dust Bunny Decor?
