This past weekend at the .potters 40th anniversary, I was asked: How do you make your bigger pieces? Do you use a mold? What’s the vision?

The truth is, there is no mold, and no master blueprint.

My process is much more about a journey than the destination. I love experimenting with everyday objects, stacking them together—often quite precariously—and build from there. I never truly know what the final piece will look like until it arrives. It’s about imagination and willingness to be surprised 🏺✨

I am thrilled to announce that I’ve been selected to participate is .potters Members Fair - a selected exhibition and sale taking place as part of the three day celebration of their 40th Anniversary March 20-22 at the Art Worker’a Guild, London.

I’m extremely excited and honoured to be showing my work alongside such an incredible group of artists and hope to see you there!

Didn’t think making bigger pieces like this jug in electric yellow and black could be this hard! Had to lear a whole new skillet making this and stack up different studio props and vases and bowl to keep it from collapsing.
