Through all of the delays and setbacks in the lumber and construction industries, her cabin was finally completed in mid 2022.

Sometimes the timing is just right... and in this case, Kelly was able to get her custom table delivered on her birthday weekend.

"I rarely write reviews, so I'm setting a record for longest review/testimony on this one. For those who prefer a quick review; if you're searching for your dream table, contact Greg Rejoice Home now. For those who want to hear the testimony, please continue below.

On my mission to find the perfect dining table for my dream home, I found Rejoice Home. The wait list was long, and I didn't know it yet, but God knew the wait needed to be longer, so he could use Greg to pray over my family. I don't often talk about God, religion, or my family on social media, but I'm making an exception because of what Greg did for me and my family.

Any table builder can build you a table, but can your builder be a witness to you? WILL your builder find a way to do God's work through his work? This is something this world just simply needs more of.

These photos will show you a gorgeous table, custom built for me, but it's just a gorgeous table. What these photos won't show you is my story about my brother and this table.

This table is just a table, one I expected to have delivered in Feb/March. God knew I needed the delivery to be delayed, and so it was delayed until the end of June. If you know me (and Greg didn't know me), then you know my sister in law is the love of my life, but her husband (my brother) is my hero, my son's hero, and the love of daughter's life, as all big brothers and uncles should be. This is important because prior to June, my family's hero took a hard blow via medical news you never want to receive. So we "didn't cry" (we cried), we prayed, and we asked for prayer privately.

After the devastating news, because my table was delayed, Greg messaged me about the delivery date. I shared the news with him about my brother, and without hesitation he sent me a verse to share with my brother, "Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree; And it shall be to the Lord for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off." This is the prayer Greg prayed for my hero, as he anointed my custom table with cypress and myrtle oils, you won't see that in the photos, but it is by far the most incredible detail of this table and I cannot thank Greg enough for this spiritual treasure, which is so much more than just a table.

This table was delivered less than two weeks ago, everyday I see this table I'm reminded my brother is going to beat this, because....
Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. (Greg and I agree) For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. (Many more than two or three gathered together for my brother at this table last week)."

Check out our newest style... The Colby!

Like most of our tables, this one has a story.

We collaborated with Caroline Harries of In Due Time for the vision for the design. She had been looking everywhere for a style of table like this, and gave us a chance to bring it to life.

They found out that her husband Colby had recently been diagnosed with cancer, and had planned to "feast in the presence of the enemy" in accordance with Psalm 23:5

The day they planned to feast, this table arrived in their home.

We decided to name it The Colby in honor of him, and his unwavering faith.

We believe there is power in our testimonies... and I'm thankful that everyone who orders The Colby will come to know the beauty of his story, and how he overcame.

Introducing... The Colby

{Date Night} Our monthly date night looked a little different this past Sunday night. After a 3 night hospital stay, way too many doctor’s appointments and Colby still in recovery mode from surgery we decided the best place to have a date night was at home.

Regardless of where our date night was, we knew how important it was for us to feast. Personally I don’t believe the best time to feast is when on the mountaintop. I actually believe it’s when we are in the valley that we need to press in and celebrate, not shrink back in fear.

We read about feasting in the 23rd Psalm. Psalm 23:5 says, “You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies.” The Father prepares the table for us; it’s our job to partake in the feast.

So why feast? For us, feasting in front of the enemy was a prophetic act of claiming victory. It was our way of drawing a line in the sand declaring that no doctor’s report or diagnosis had the authority over God’s plans for our future. And it helped shift the environment from fear and dread to faith and expectation.

This table where we sat to eat was delayed for several reasons. Yet perhaps what felt like a delay to us was the Lord orchestrating the very day we needed it. It was delivered the day we received our pathology results and if there is ever a time to feast, it’s the day you receive pathology confirming cancer and the day before chemo starts. Our chairs were also delayed which was okay with me. “You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies.” The enemy didn’t even deserve a chair. Instead he was given a spot on the floor where he watched us feast. Hopefully for him he finally realized he had lost the battle — victory is ours.

PS. Rejoice Home built this table for us. I told him my vision and he executed the exact thing I wanted. And it’s name? “The Colby” in honor of Colby. I can’t wait for future customers who purchase “The Colby” to hear the victorious turnaround testimony of victory, and specifically how we chose to feast in the middle of the fire.
