Really happy with the article written by Shawn White for the Painted Desert Tribune. June 17th, 2026 edition.
Carolyn Castillo did a lot more than help me paint the primer, though. Without her help on many of the harder subjects, I don't know if I would have gotten through. She and Kenny Larson were there supporting me through it all. Kenny's friend, who donated the use of the lift, is very much appreciated.

THEY'RE HERE! Postcards of the Rt. 66 - Holbrook Community Mural are available!
I invite all local businesses to contact me for wholesale prices.
A dear patron of mine put up the money for me to order the postcards, and he requested that I not give any away. (He knows me so well.)
Wholesale prices are 20 for $20 and 50 for $50.
They are large-sized, 5.5"x 8.5" on heavy card stock.
I am selling individual postcards at Nichols Sportsman for $2.50 (Suggested Retail Price).
They are also already available at Route Sixty Sips!
Gandy Dancer Gallery (Arizona Tavern) Opening next Wednesday. Amazing artwork (including mine) at the Gallery, and the vibe is sublime!!
Also, El Rancho has ordered some, but I haven't gotten down there yet. I'll deliver some to them tonight.
I would love every store, shop, restaurant, motel, etc., to offer these to the public. So hit me up soon!

I'm a little scared to post this. I painted this picture a few weeks after Dolly lost her first foal, Blue Boy. That was five years ago.
The sire's owner has rebred her four times. Thank you, Kiley.
