Tom and Family lostarts

Tom and Family lostarts Homemade plant fiber paper, hand carved spoons, Fan Birds, knitted and crochet hats and animals. We are able to do some custom projects.

We have been doing Lost Arts since 1989. Tom Makes handmade fiber paper, similar to the way they did in the 1850's. He carves spoons from different woods. Cheyenne knits animals, hooded cowls. She makes cords with kumihimo. Tom has been making paper for about 25 years. We do heritage events such as Missouri Town, Arrow Rock, Shawnee Mission, and been to a few others.

Just a few of our wooden roosters. We will have these along with our Fan birds, nalbinding, and wooden spoons at the Homeschool Day at Powell Gardens on May 7th. We will also have some of our homemade paper.

We will be demonstrating spoon carving and fan some birds out along with Nalbinding. Come out to see us. We will be there from 9-1.

We are in the Middle School Gym until 12 today. We have some Fan Birds and lots of garage sale items for sale. There are several vendors and family here selling. We are fundraiser for the World Travel Club. Several kids are going to Europe this summer and next Summer is Hawaii. Daniel and Leah are raising money for Hawaii.
So come out to help support the CRWTC (Crest Ridge World Travel Club)
