We offer carpet, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank, tile, and custom bound area rugs. We have 3 locations to serve you! Our largest showroom is The Levis Commons Design Center in Perrysburg, our Liquidation Outlet in Holland has in stock carpet and hard surface pallets, our Toledo Landmark showroom has a curated selection of all the best manufacturers. All our stores are open Monday - Friday 10am -6pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm.

What happens when a flooring company cuts corners? We’ve heard the horror stories. ⚠️

Sometimes, the dream floor customer has in mind isn’t actually rated to go on a floor. Some stores know that and sell it anyway. Others sell second-quality carpet, figuring their customers would never know the difference.

At Carpets by Otto, we don’t. First quality is all we sell and we don’t sell anything that is not rated for floors! We don’t want to make a sale unless we’ve been clear about what you’re getting.

Flooring costs go beyond the price per square foot. 📐

One of the things most people get wrong is figuring the square footage when a seam has to fit into the layout. Seams aren't anything to worry about. Our installers regularly install seamed carpet so you usually won't be able to find it when our work is done.

Kelly gets into why old pad needs to go, why a good quality pad makes a difference and why installation should be left to an experienced crew.
