At 2:07 PM on Thursday, November 6, 2025, the Holbrook Regional Emergency Communications Center dispatched the Holliston Police Department and Holliston Fire Department to a report of a basement fire in a multi-family dwelling on Church Street.
The great news? The tenant was alerted by a ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐บ๐ผ๐ธ๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐บ and was able to safely evacuate and call 9-1-1 right away. Their quick actions and a properly functioning smoke alarm made all the difference in this incident, allowing for a fast response and fire containment.
