The first project I tried working on was a website built to help connect families with estate sale companies. It’s a fragmented business with families often having to search out and contact several companies and deal with varying responses. However, I had the shelve that project while I built up Room Swap Consignments, Holly Hill SC and developed PocketPrice all while selling daily on eBay.

The past few days I was motivated to finish this project and saw a way to build an ecosystem for estates, those in need of an estate liquidation, local sellers, vendors, and local shoppers. An underserved part of reselling in my opinion.

So, I have built out Estate Sale Connect as the first website to offer free estate sale leads for estate sale companies and free estate sale and auction listings for the estate companies!

The #1 goal is to connect families looking for estate services to the professionals who handle that segment of life. That is why it is the first section on the site.

After that, we offer FREE listings for estate sale companies along with a suite of tools on the backend.

There’s no reason why just 2 companies dominate this space. It’s time to disrupt the local selling industry 💪

Hang with me as it’s literally just launching. You can view my upcoming auction as the first ever sale post. It will take time for the site to fill out but I can’t do that without your help.

Second auction is live!! Over 200 lots including an infamous Fenton fairly lamp! The first auction did great, but I have to be honest, I like this one even more. Lots of really unique and interesting lots, including some furniture!

PS…starting the steps to get an auctioneers license to I can take consignments. Stay tuned and hang with me 😁

Took 827 photos today to finish off my 2nd auction and now loading into my custom software I designed to make the auction listings instantly just from the photos. Then the software will auto import all details and photos (after a quick human review) into the auction software making the listings without me having to touch a button.

Literally cutting out 90% of the work. All I need is stuff and photos.

Insane time to be alive.

It’s been a long, slow climb back but I finally got back to a $20k GROSS Sales 30 day eBay total. My goal for 2025 was to hit at least $20k gross sales per month on eBay and I did that up until November, which just so happens to coincide with buying a small town resale store 🥲 Since I’m the only one who works on my eBay store..all the sourcing, photographing, listing, storing, and shipping, it’s taken longer than I’d like to build it back up…but I’m happy to finally see that number again.
