🎉 NEW HOME OF The Rusty Relic! 🎉

On 3/30… we got a 30-day notice.

No warning. No cushion. Just like that… everything we built felt like it was about to disappear.

For a minute there… we really thought it was over.

All the long nights.
All the sacrifices.
All the people who poured into our place…

It felt like it was slipping right through our hands.

But something crazy happened…

Y’ALL DIDN’T LET IT DIE!

The messages. The shares. The people showing up. The vendors standing with us. Our family holding us together when we were running on fumes…

You didn’t just support us… you carried us.

And because of that… Today, we closed on the future home of The Rusty Relic.

Let that sink in.

What felt like an ending just weeks ago… turned into the biggest new beginning we could’ve asked for.

We’re standing in a building right now that doesn’t look like much yet… dust on the floors, tools everywhere, big plans scribbled in our heads…

But we see it.

We see the life that’s about to fill it.
We see the laughter.
We see YOU walking through those doors again.

The next few weeks are about to be straight chaos… construction, long days, even longer nights… but we don’t care. We’re not tired anymore.

We’re lit up.

To every single person who believed in us when it looked like we were done…

From the bottom of our hearts… THANK YOU!!! There is no Rusty Relic without you. PERIOD.

Opening day is coming. And when it does…

And we love every second of it. Y’all are crazy and totally our kind of people 💕

This is one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to share.

Due to a sudden and unexpected situation with our rental property, The Rusty Relic will be temporarily closing while we search for a new place to call home. We just weren’t given the time, communication, or consideration to transition this the way it deserved. That’s what makes this so difficult.

What we built here was never just a store.
It became a place people wandered into and stayed longer than they planned… a place where conversations sparked, stories were shared, and something real was created between strangers.

We truly believed we had more time.

We poured everything into this - time, money, energy, sleepless nights, and a whole lot of heart because we believed in what this could be for this community.

And that’s the part that hits the hardest…
This doesn’t just affect us.

It affects the incredibly talented vendors who built alongside us and helped bring this place to life.

To our vendors: You trusted us with your work, your time, and pieces of yourselves. What lived inside these walls was never just a shop… it was a collective, a community, something people felt the moment they walked in. And you were a huge part of that. We LOVE you. We are so proud of what you’ve created, and we are rooting for you every step of the way during this transition.

To our community and fellow businesses reading this: please take care of them. These are some of the most loyal, hardworking, and top-notch creators you will ever come across. Support them, follow them, shop with them… they deserve it more than ever right now.

This isn’t how we wanted this chapter to go. Not even close.
But this isn’t the end of our story.

We are actively searching, exploring every option, and we are absolutely open to ideas, opportunities, partnerships, or creative deals that could help us land somewhere new. If you have a space, a lead, or a vision - we’re listening.

Because one thing about us… we’re not done.

The Rusty Relic is a trademarked brand, and what we’ve built here has been something truly special. Successful, growing, and just getting started.

Introducing “The Soap Shed”, Willow Creek’s new addition!! We have a soap for most any need! Soy, vegan, goat milk, coco butter, olive oil, soaps that will help with eczema, headache helper & more. There are favorite scents for everyone . We even have Grandma’s favorite, “Butt Paste” for the Grandbabies. There are a variety of shower gels, shampoo & conditioners, lotions plus so much more!! Travel sizes too! Oh, I don’t want to forget the Poo-pourri, travel size, so you can have that “scent” of security wherever you go. “Bigfoot” even has a place here, with his own self image soap & a great smelling candle.
