🐝2023 Policies🐝

📅My current operating hours are Mon- Fri. starting roughly around 9am. I am not currently working weekends (Sat-Sun) or answering messages in regards to orders unless I am free to do so.

💸ALL money is due up front. No exceptions!! I will not begin working on your order until payment is made. Orders must be cancelled 24hrs after payment or there will be no refunds! You have 24 hours to pay your invoice, otherwise that invoice will be cancelled and a new one will be reissued… if you plan to pursue future orders with me.

📲I strive to bring your vision to life and typically send progress pictures and/or a final photo upon completion. If you are not satisfied with the outcome once in your possession, there are a couple options. 1. You can return the item, at your expense, for a partial refund or 2. you can get full shop credit. Once you approve a design, that design is final!

⏱️My turn around time is currently 2-3 weeks, excluding weekends, and sometimes sooner depending on my schedule. This excludes holidays, which have about a 4 week turn around time, so it’s recommended to get your holiday order in a month early. 🏃🏻There will be a $5 rush fee if you need it sooner than my normal turn around time.

🏘️I do offer local pickup (location- Holly, MI), in which you will need to schedule a time slot in order to do a porch pickup.

📄I have these policies set in place to protect both myself and you, as the customer, and to ensure that my products are delivered to you at the highest standard possible.

💰I accept the following forms of payment: Facebook Pay, Venmo, Cashapp & PayPal. [Notice: PayPal charges a 3% fee on the total amount with goods and services. It’s recommended to send via Friends and Family for 0% charge]

My name is Lindsay and I’m the sole creator here at Busy B’s! I’m a mom to 5 awesome kiddos, whom looove to keep me on my toes!
