✨ ✨ Meet Emmi ✨ ✨

Hi, I’m Emmi! I’m 17 years old and am the owner of Buttons & Blossoms. I learned how to sew when I was 3 years old sitting in my mom’s lap. When I was 15 I started making bags and other things for myself and friends and it quickly turned into a full business from there.

In my free time I’m either reading or doing anything crafty like crocheting. I also love historical fashion and making myself dresses inspired by historical outfits. A dream of mine is to go to Europe to visit dozens of historic buildings and bookshops. Next year is my senior year of high school. After I graduate I would like to take a year to focus on expanding my business and to see what else is in store for me.

This opportunity to join Altered Designs is the first step to growing by business. I’m so honoured and excited to be a part of the store!
