👩‍🍳 One board for the parents, and one for the kids🧑‍🍳

Handcrafted from Walnut and White Oak, these matching end grain cutting boards are built to bring countless memories in the kitchen— and little chefs in the making!

As we’ve recently brought our 3-year old in the kitchen to start prepping/cooking/baking with us, this request hit home, and we’ll surely be making our kids a set too!

We think these turned out pretty neat, what do you think?

Counters??

Hey all!!

Remember that big stack of lumber we posted about..? No…? Maybe Safety Sandals 🩴 will ring a bell 🤣

Anyways— that stack of lumber was turned into this customers new solid oak butcher block counter tops!

Would you put these in your kitchen??

If yes, maybe give us a call or a follow to see new ideas come to life every day 🙂

*disclaimer: the backsplash in this photo has not been installed yet as there’s some additional drywall and paint prep work to take place.

Where have we been!?

Hi all 👋

Sorry for the lack of posts by us lately!

For those who don’t know, we’ve been battling mold in our home for the last few months.

What started as a “we’re getting kicked out of the house for 6-8 hours for mold remediation to take place” turned into months of tearing down a bedroom to the studs, removing panels from our kitchen cabinets to gain access to more mold, and many… many… tests in between.

We’re hopeful that our next treatment is our last, and we’ll be back to normal soon.

We’re beyond grateful for those who’ve helped along the way, and for those who continue to support our business by either sharing or posts, website, or purchasing from us as without you all— we surely would not be here, continuing to do what we love.

While we have some larger projects in the works, we wanted to share this neat Sasquatch silhouette that was recently commissioned.

Happy Monday all!

Who needs a sand between their toes when you can have sawdust???

I was thinking of changing our name to Sawdust and Sandals, but it turns out Michigan is only a sandal state during its construction season 😂😅😭

Oh, and that stack of wood is for an upcoming project— more to come!

Happy Wednesday!
