This particular video covers a few topics and may be a bit long, but it offers valuable insights for individuals seeking knowledge. What techniques are utilized for cutting and soldering these strips, what key factors should be considered, and why would anyone prioritize price as the determining factor when making a purchase.

Even our interior strips are manufactured to a higher degree of quality than those super sketchy internet specials

Please take a moment to view this brief video. It will be incorporated into a more comprehensive video, but consider it an educational opportunity. LED strips are available for purchase from numerous online and physical retailers, and most are affordable, with quality varying accordingly. Allow me to demonstrate some differences using a basic single-color strip.Order online at Customledinc.com or you can call/text (954)444-8650.

A quality LED Strip compared to an internet special LED strip, know the difference. .. Solder pad finishes the top strip is bare copper while the bottom strip is copper with immersion gold/gold plated.
Solder mask the top strip has rough edges and poorly defined traces while the bottom strip has well defined traces and a smooth mask.
Silk Screen the top strip the marks are not crisp while the bottom strip is very crisp and well defined.
The LED module There are a few differences but only one is visible (see pointer). The center trace is noticeably larger, and it is the lifeline for heat dissipation of the LED. This heat sink is more substantial and larger in volume, which provides far superior thermal performance and current stability.
Our strip, the bottom strip, is thicker and heavier. The weight is due to the copper content and the fact that our strips are dual layer construction with maximum copper content.
Double-layer flexible PCBs (FPCBs) are frequently used in high-quality and high-performance flexible LED strips. While single-layer, cost-effective options exist, double-layer PCBs provide superior heat dissipation, better durability, and higher current capacity (allowing longer runs and brighter, higher-lumen LEDs)
Structure: They consist of two copper conductive layers on either side of a flexible substrate (usually PI - polyimide), with vias connecting the layers
Heat Management: The two copper layers allow heat to dissipate more efficiently, which is critical for extending the lifespan of LED components.
Applications: They are ideal for complex, higher-power, and robust lighting, whereas single-layer is often used for cheaper, lower-power applications.
Copper and Gold are used in the manufacture of flexible LED strips, primarily for conduction and durability. Copper forms the flexible circuit board base for electrical transfer and heat dissipation. Gold is used inside the LED packages themselves as a high-performance bonding wire for electrical connectivity, offering superior reliability compared to copper.
Copper: Essential for the Flexible Printed Circuit Board (FPCB) the copper is there to carry electricity and to manage/dissipate heat, mitigating premature failure.
Gold: Used in high-quality LEDs for bonding wires, offering superior heat resistance and stability. Lower-cost LEDs use copper wire for bonding, but gold remains the best for performance

We'll let this speak for itself, sort of.
This was a problem begging for a more permanent solution. The OEM lights were a nightmare and were almost impossible to source reliably. Here it the story of our solution, we could have your solution as well! www.customledinc.com

For a long time, the choice of blue was straightforward, simply select the one on the right. It has been the standard for a considerable period, but now, we have an alternative option. I've ordered some samples because the last time I encountered a similar color to the one on the left, the difference was imperceptible. My guy at the factory, he calls me "dude", swears they really are as different as they seem in these pictures. If they are should I stock both or just the new color

We are seeking your input. Currently, our options are Blue, although not the shade depicted in this selection, as well as Red, White, Green, and Amber, Red, Blue/White, Green/White, RGB and RGBW. Samples of the lighter blue shown and purple have been ordered, and we would appreciate your opinion on these choices.
