📣 How to Order a Custom Engraved Tumbler
Thank you for supporting our small business! Here’s how the ordering process works:
✨ Step 1: Send us a message letting us know you’re interested and what size tumbler you’d like.
🎨 Step 2: If you already have a color in mind, let us know! If not, we’re happy to send you our current color swatches.
🖋️ Step 3: Tell us about your vision! Share any ideas you have, such as names, quotes, images, themes, logos, or preferred font styles. Inspiration photos are always welcome.
🖥️ Step 4: We’ll create a digital mockup for your approval. No payment is required until you’re happy with the design.
💳 Step 5: If your tumbler is completely personalized (such as featuring your name or custom artwork), a non-refundable deposit will be required before production begins, as these items cannot be resold.
💰 Step 6: Final payment is accepted through Venmo or PayPal.
📍 Step 7: Once your tumbler is complete, we’ll arrange a pickup location within approximately 15 minutes of the South Lansing/Holt area unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
