Pagoda frosted fairy lamp in lovely green.

It does have some chips on the top inside rim on the underneath. These are not noticeable when displayed. (Please see photos).

And there are some rough spots on the outside edges. I don’t actually think these are chips, but it is rough to the touch. And one area may be a small chip. I’m not sure, and I want to be honest.
