Sooooo this happened today! 🥹🔑

It’s officially mine!

There’s still plenty left to finish and this place definitely isn’t ready yet… but standing in the middle of it today with the keys in my hand felt pretty surreal. I’m trying to process it. If I’m being honest, I’m trying to process a lot right now in my life. But today felt really good and weird all at the same time lol! Am I really about to be a business owner??!!😳❤️

Happy August!🤍

It’s been a little quiet over here.

Life has looked a little different these past few months, and I’ve had to take a step back for a bit. But even in the middle of it all, Salt & Meadow has never left my heart.

Every time I stop by the shop and see another piece come together, even something as simple as this new railing, I’m reminded why I started. This little store is so much more than a business to me. It’s a dream I’ve poured my heart into, and watching it slowly come to life has been such a gift.

Thank you to everyone who’s continued to follow along, encourage me, and cheer on this dream, even while things have been a little quiet. I’m excited to start sharing more of the journey with you. We’re getting closer, and I can’t wait to open these doors.🤍

Today we celebrate 250 years of the greatest experiment in freedom the world has ever known. 🇺🇸

America isn’t perfect, and it never has been. But it is a nation built on the radical belief that every person is created with God-given rights—rights that don’t come from a government, but from our Creator. For 250 years, brave men and women have sacrificed everything to protect those freedoms, and because of them, we have the privilege to dream, build, worship, speak freely, and create a life for our families.

Today, may we remember those who gave everything for this country, thank those who continue to serve, and teach the next generation why freedom is worth protecting.

And because of their sacrifice, we get to wake up to ordinary moments that are anything but ordinary. Slow mornings with coffee, freedom, family dinners, baseball games, sunshine on our skin, and the people we love beside us. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day will always be more than a long weekend. It’s a reminder that freedom came at the highest cost.

Today, we remember the brave men and women who laid down their lives for this country and for generations they would never even meet.

Love seeing my space all dressed in red, white & blue for Memorial Day weekend 🇺🇸✨ There’s something so deeply Americana about these colors — small towns, porch swings, lake days, fireworks in the distance, and warm summer nights that turn into lifelong memories. It brings such a timeless feeling into the shop, especially during a weekend that also reminds us to pause and honor those who gave so much for this country. ❤️🤍💙
