"Factory direct" is one of the most misused phrases in the mattress business.
Some stores put it on their signs and their websites — and then sell you a mattress made by a national brand in a facility across the country, that went through a distributor, then a retailer, with a markup at every step.
That's not factory direct. That's retail with good marketing.
Factory direct means someone actually makes the mattress. That's what we do — right here in Hot Springs, the same way Buddy Jordan started doing it in 1958.
