Cancelation policy
Kinsey Crochets believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore made this our return and cancellation policy.
Under this policy :
• For shipped orders a return request will be considered only is the request is made 24 hours or less after delivery
Conditions for return :
• Must notify Kinsey Crochets 12 hours or less after pickup or 24 hours or less after delivery of a Damaged product
• Product/ Item must be UNUSED
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours
• Custom made / made to order / commissioned items cannot be returned or canceled unless payment has not been processed

REFUNDS :
Will be administered through original payment method. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs if refund is approved.

For made to order / commissions / custom orders :
Payment will be collected once order is started.
