💡 ILLUMINATED // Award-winning hotel design doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s shaped by every hand, trade, and partnership that brings the vision to life. From custom millwork, lighting integration, and wallcovering murals to furnishings, and final styling, this space came together through the collaboration of so many talented vendors and craftspeople. The end result is layered, intentional, and full of details that only happen when everyone is aligned toward the same vision🥾⛰️

ENERGY // For our Hawaii project, we teamed up with JVA Art Group to dream up these custom wallcoverings, and they’re show-stopping!! Inspired by the landscape, culture, and color of the islands, every detail taps into the bigger design story while still feeling fresh and fun. It’s layered, a little unexpected, and rooted in place. Bringing depth and personality into the space in a way that feels energetic, yet intentional☀️

🧩 DETAIL // Our Steamboat project started with a vision for this custom entry tile mosaic. Every piece thoughtfully planned, the brass inlay precisely placed to guide the eye and ground the space. Walking through the doors becomes an experience where craftsmanship meets intention, and the subtle shimmer of brass creates a lasting first impression that sets the tone after ✨you have arrived✨

🚧 DUST // as the construction dust settles, our project is coming to life at this beautiful hotel in Steamboat Springs, Colorado! 🏔️

This property has been near and dear to our hearts, and it’s been incredible watching the vision come to life piece by piece. Steamboat is known for its legendary slopes and its unique “Ski Town, U.S.A.” spirit — where you’re just as likely to see cowboy hats as ski helmets. 🤠⛷️

We can’t wait to see this stunning property open its doors soon and become part of the Steamboat Springs community. Stay tuned… the best is yet to come!

🤠YEE HAW // From the Houston Rodeo Cook-Off on Friday to the Riley Green rodeo on Monday, our team had an absolute blast 🔥 Between the BBQ, corndogs, funnel cakes, cold drinks, great music, and nonstop laughs, it was the perfect rodeo “weekend” with the BEST crew — nothing beats good food, boots, and a whole lot of fun together. ▫️EVOLVE // Watching this space transform from a simple white box rendering into a fully “finished” design is always our favorite part of the process!🩵 We layered in materials, textures, lighting, and architectural details to bring depth and warmth to every corner.

Through careful refinement, the once blank canvas now reflects our complete vision. From linen-like fabrics draped throughout to woven lighting and seagrass textures. It’s all about precision and turning concept into a beautifully built reality🏖️
