Keeping the garage slightly above freezing to carve out a shark armature.

Carve foam,
Fiberglass,
Rubber skin.

Remove Rubber skin and fiberglass shell.
Discard foam armature,

Assemble the shell, modify for moving parts and core rig.
attach rubber skin and esthetic features.

I will keep you all posted.
