Hello IG friends,

We are so excited to be bidding this garden habitat… how can we create and maintain an inviting garden that creates home for more reptiles, birds, catepillars, butterflies and many other critters to share a lovely outdoor home. This client already has a start to habitat for her turtles, squirrels and birds primarily but we want to enhance the pollinator presence and find more specific species’, like wren nesting, while updating important functional areas of the property that were damaged in Hurricane Harvey, like creating drainage!

Hello IG friends and family, 🫶🏻

Hating on the bugs? Let’s talk about it! When we indiscriminately label bugs as bad, we create ramifications like species’ loss… By disliking ‘the bugs’ and having an ‘Let’s just get rid of them attitude’, we inevitably affect more than just the bugs. The whole food chain that involves bugs’ is disrupted, including providing valuable food sources which ‘bugs’ are for many birds, lizards and yes, even snakes! (Hey, not all snakes are bad either!) Let’s do our part to understand every part of the ecosystem works together to function as a whole! 🌞🐞🐛

Hi IG friends and family, 👋

Can you believe it’s almost summertime? Time to make sure our houseplants look as nice as our gardens for entertaining indoors, too!

This bird of paradise really gave me and my associate Josh a run for our money! 6 attempts later, we finally got this out of its planter, without damaging the rootball significantly. The key 🔑-> patience, lots of digging and some good ol’ fashioned elbow grease… oh, and teamwork! ❤️
