After a long hiatus and no activity since our physical arts gallery and center has closed due to Covid-19 in 2020, we are excited to let you know that we have been creating some things on the background in the last months.

JoMar Visions is still dedicated to bring beauty, fun and inspiration to people's lives and soon we will have some exciting news about our next adventure. Thank you to all our followers and friends for always being there for us as we were for you. Let creativity continue!

Thank you for all your continued support to JoMar Visions, throughout these 10 years. This month, we're at our 10th anniversay of JoMar Visions existence. It was a fruit of love and passion for the arts and our artists. Although we are celebrating and we are extremely proud of what we offered the arts community and our clients and followers in the last 10 years, we regret we have to give everyone a bit of a sad news.

As you all know, the current time has become difficult for everyone. We hope you are all staying safe and trying to get on with living and adapting the best you can.

Regretfully, we must inform you that JoMar Visions Studios is now going to close. We have fought the good fight but at this point, we have no way forward to continue. The current situation with shutdowns due to Covid-19 has really taken out any possibility for us to continue as a business.

After many years serving the Houston arts community we have found ourselves at a turning point, a transition that we need to sort our way through. So if you have been wanting some of our artwork, we would appreciate your help in getting us through this though time.

The following images are of art we have available and all offers will be considered. At the moment we are willing to go even lower than 50% of our usual prices so if you love any of these pieces please consider making an offer on them. We will be forever grateful.

One more amazing event from the archives, a few years back.

In this life, a big part of our existence is influenced by our attitudes toward all things. When we approach the world with an "attitude of gratitude", it means that we are truly thankful for what we have and the world and people around us will reflect that positivity back to us. In our art, we have the ability to channel and then project that positivity into the world, affecting it and allowing it to mirror our intentions and ideas.

During this event, our artists used their gratitude through their art and Mona Lemos also recited her beautiful poetry. Thank you for showing yours throughout the years by coming to show your support for the local arts during our events!

During the same day we also served our guests and enthusiasts that made a reservation for that night, a delicious Latin Grill dinner followed by Karaoke.

Here is another album with some amazing images that were never posted before. Casamayor-Harvey's solo show was absolutely beautiful. What a great turnout. Congratulations Marie, for your 14 artworks sold and the respecting collectors that took them to their loving homes. Wow!

Looking back at some gems from an open studios event a few years back and its beautiful concept:

"Talking. Listening. Doing. Imitating. Persuading.

We all communicate in one way or another; with each other using words, gestures or facial expressions, or with nature, by our deeds and actions concerning the environment. Our very thoughts are only theoretical until we communicate them in one way or another. The world around us communicates with us, and every part in it is linked. We are a part of that link."

Artists use the power of art to share their message with the world. They bring beauty and meaning to our lives. Art is all around us. Appreciate those that touch our lives every single day without us sometimes even thinking about it...
