I love using old cutter quilts to make new things.

I bought this Color Comfort sweatshirt on clearance at Hobby Lobby. I hated how it fit- the arms and bottom band fit funny- but I loved the color. So I kept it and knew I would find a way to make it work. I added panels to the side and cut off the extra length on the arms and added cuffs. It needed something in front so I added the pocket.

I love how it turned out!

Now I’m ready to find more projects to use these old tattered quilts on.
