Even the smallest spaces deserve big personality. For this mudroom entry, I included a fun piece of art that gives a nod to the Texas ranch just outside, as well as chic pillows and a basket for keys and small items. Every detail showcases the modern farmhouse style of the entire home.

For my Fastballs Farm project, I wanted it to feel warm, comfortable, and collected. We mixed antiques and vintage finds with custom pieces and newer furnishings, using natural materials and fabrics with a lot of texture. It is such a welcoming home for my clients!

Do your rooms make you happy? That feeling is what I wanted to capture in this laundry room in my own home. That’s why I chose this bright and punchy palette. It makes a normal chore much more fun. If your rooms don’t make you happy, it’s time for a change!

The guest room in my Fastballs Farms project is a quiet and welcoming retreat. I used a mix of vintage pieces, antiques, and modern finds to create a look that's perfect for this modern farmhouse.

For the kitchen in my Fastballs Farm project, we found the antique brass chandeliers over the kitchen island at Round Top. They came from a New York dealer who had found them in a hotel built in the 1930s. They have the most beautiful patina, and I love the character they brought to the kitchen.
