This was my second jobsite visit of the day. If you're from Alcona County or familiar with the area, you've seen this home sitting vacant for years! Butch Dixon has been doing work for our client, who purchased the home and is turning it into the beautiful home is deserves to be! I absolutely love how this one has turned out!

Here is a Black River MI home that is currently in progress. It's amazing! Cannot wait to see this simple change completed soon! Countertops arrived today and will be installed beginning of next week. The before images really show how much space I've gained for my client.

I just want to remind everyone that we are still experiencing extremely delayed lead times in the construction business. Most cabinetry is 12 weeks or more for arrival time when it used to be a standard of 4 weeks. It's taken some countertop companies two weeks after template just to get me my approval drawings to begin fabrication of tops. That means a potential 4-8 weeks for countertops to be installed when it was a standard of 14 days before Covid. Please be patient with us as it all changes weekly and please plan accordingly. Don't plan for a quick job completion. I've received many calls asking how quick I can get granite tops installed lately. Nothing is quick at this time. Have a great weekend everyone!

Today I received this email, from the homeowner of the most recent kitchen I've been sharing. This made my entire day to hear and it is such an honor to have someone take the time out of their day to send me this. It was incredible to work with this couple and be trusted to handle the project inside their beautiful home! I look forward to working with them in the future!
