ar Shades, LLC's parent company, Albert Herman Draperies, Inc. Ken's father Albert and especially his mother, Rita Mae, worked very closely with him from a very young age. Meanwhile, the next generation, Ken's daughter Marisa, can be found working along side of Ken during school vacations. Equally indespensable is Vice President Tina DiMarco who has been with Albert Herman Draperies, Inc. for years and, will soon become a majority owner. She has picked up the touch Rita Mae laud down, and will start the process to return AHD, Inc. to a WBE/FBE buisness.
