Field Trip Time! 🚐💨

Since we were closed for the weekend, we decided to make the most of our time and take a little road trip all the way to Paducah, Kentucky! 📍

Our main mission? 🤔 Seeing the incredible Tula Pink exhibit at the National Quilt Museum, but of course, we couldn’t pass up the chance to visit some quilt shops, enjoy some delicious food, laugh A LOT, and make some great memories along the way! 💕🪡

🪡 Muppin’s Sewing Emporium – Paducah
🍽️ Flamingo Row Restaurant – Paducah
🧵 Wooden Spool Quilt Shop – Effingham
🪡 Calico Country Sewing & Quilting Center – Carbondale

We had such a wonderful time exploring with this crew, meeting fellow quilt shop owners and sewists, and getting inspired by the incredible creativity we found along the way 💡

And the Tula Pink exhibit? Absolutely did not disappoint! 🤩🎨

Highly recommend taking a quilting road trip of your own! 🙌

Our brand-new parking lot entrance is officially open and looking SEW good! 🧵

Happy Sew & Tell Sunday! 🧵✨

We’re back with another round of lovely projects brought in recently, and there’s SO much inspiration to share! 💕

First up is the Syringa Quilt, an easy-to-make design featuring a beautiful combination of greens, purples, and creams that would make such an elegant addition to a bedroom 💜🌿

Next up are two adorable Foundation Paper Piecing dog blocks featuring an Australian Labradoodle and Bernese Mountain Dog! 🐶❤️ (Quiltsfunandfresh on Etsy)

With incredible detail and those sweet faces, they’re the perfect projects to celebrate National Dog Day! 🦮

And last but certainly not least, we have a stunning Floral Reef Ultimate Travel Bag 2.0! 🌺👜

We’re loving the embroidered details, Wavy Webbing, and unique piecing along the sides that make this bag a truly unique! 🌟

From choosing fun fabrics to mixing and matching zippers, we love how each one can be completely unique 💕🪡
