Special delivery to Los Angeles! 🌴

We worked with our client (and longtime friend 🫶) to customize the perfect addition to her new home. She was in search of an ottoman that anchored the center of the living room without overwhelming it. Neutral was not an option!

This is the Fulton ottoman by , which is offered in many sizes to fit the conditions of your space. The pattern play happening here is top notch — all from the vision of our client. A punchy, vintage block fabric paired with a clean, full-grain leather welt gives the ottoman stunning presence, contrast, and warmth.

Today we’re sharing progress photos of a beautiful transformation underway in Aurora.✨

This incredible addition had all the right ingredients: clean organic materials, soaring wood cathedral ceiling, and stunning panoramic views from the crispiest new windows. Our client was ready to maximize the room and move on from sectional seating, which blocked the entry and forced the room into one layout. Swipe for the before and you might see a furry friend. 🐶

Our client capitalized on our Space Planning Services, revealing all of the new opportunities (if we just relocated the television!). Brandon worked with the client on the qualities of different textiles and muted patterning, and drew inspiration from nature itself to move forward into the 2.0 version of this gorgeous space. Next up: sourcing the statement coffee table!

Kicked off this morning with a beautiful install!✨

Our client had all of the beautiful elements, but something was missing… depth and dimension! Brandon sourced a dark bronze textured wall covering from , which is virtually seamless!

Notice how this one strategic addition elevates the existing pieces in the dining room. Like a magnetic pull, you’re drawn in right to the space — ready to host the next dinner party! 🥂

PSA: 🗣️The perfect rug is always worth the wait.

This special client of ours has been so thoughtful with each decision in their media room refresh. We have been in pursuit of comfort, style, and a fresh take on an updated traditional feel.

After falling in love with this delicious rug, we knew it was the perfect foundation for their custom they designed with us at MOD. The catch? We had to reconnect ourselves with the true meaning of patience and persistence knowing that the rug would take a few months to arrive. Now, imagine this space without it! Impossible.✨

We’re looking forward to installing the final few elements that will bring the whole room together. For now, we are enjoying this milestone moment in the project.

This one was very special. Moving from South Carolina and relocating to Northeast Ohio is quite the leap, especially when your installation day looks like the weather we had! ❄️

Transforming this space required a clear vision and lots of trust. We are so thankful to our clients for entrusting us to help with space planning, concept art, full renovation, and custom upholstery from , of course! Complete dining collections from our friends at . 🏠

When exploring real estate, it can be challenging for clients to envision another way to orient a space just based off of listing images. With our design services, the MOD team was able to reimagine and maximize the seating, elevate underutilized areas, and create the illusion of more square footage by installing expansive hardwood throughout. Soft, earthy neutrals and inspiration from nature help bring the stunning views indoors.🌿
