I no longer got to choose what was next; my health, my husbands health, and my job. God was knocking on my door asking me to surrender to him and rid of my worry. This by far was the largest ask from God I have ever been given. During this time of transition I was often sent quotes by family and friends. Some funny, some tender hearted, and some from the bible. My best friend gave me a journal wit
h a bible quote on the cover. For several months I didn’t pay much attention to the cover. But when another tragic event happened in my life I remember picking up the journal and reflecting on the quote:
For I know the plans I have for you. Jeremiah 29.11
This quote that reminded me to surrender to the Lord and he will provide protection, love, and security. His plans never include 100% agony, there is rain but then comes the rainbow. I believe quotes from the Bible helped me through the darkest days and nights. What does this all mean?? Well, it is well in my soul. I found a inner peace creating signs that reflect a persons life or a beautiful piece of art work that can look like art to others, but has a deeper personal meaning for the intended audience. The goal of my business is to give peace to their mind in the midst of uncertainty and despair. My prayer is that when they look at quote hanging in their home God's love is felt. While I provide free signs to those in need I am supported by the sales from individuals that would either like to purchase a sign for someone in need (donation), a gift, or for themselves.
