I've had lots of messages lately about natural ways to lose weight/boost metabolism. I've given lots of advice but I haven't mentioned this one yet because I wanted to try it for myself first.

I can now confidently introduce our Skip the Shot tincture! I've been using this on and off for a few weeks now and I can honestly say when I use it I don't feel hungry all day. I can make it to supper before really wanting to eat a meal.
