An entire home. Completely remodeled. Start to finish in just 2 months.

And this is only the first reveal.

Today, I’m giving you a glimpse of the kitchen transformation — from the original space, floor plans and detailed design drawings through construction and the finished result.

Before leaving for my international design research trip, every selection, specification and construction detail was organized into a precise design packet, giving the GC and trades a clear roadmap from day one.

Even while overseas, I spoke with the GC every day, reviewing progress and guiding every detail.

The result? No change orders. No confusion. No lost time.

Exceptional design management doesn’t stop when I travel. With meticulous planning, clear documentation and close direction, projects continue moving seamlessly — even across states and continents.

And the kitchen is only the beginning…
