Cook pie crust to light brown on 350. Brown 1/2 lb sausage and drain. Put sausage in pie crust . Beat 5 eggs with 1/4 c heavy cream and pour over sausage. Top with 2 c shedded mild cheddar cheese bake 25 to 30 mins
