Do you remember the sneak peek I gave awhile back about something I couldn’t share until I had permission from the author of the book character I was asked to create??

Here he is, Ooty Owl 🦉
He was made for a future book and to do illustration wifh so had to be expressive and moveable

Timothy Girardot is the author of these children’s books. 📚

Have you ever heard 👂 the phrase,” speed of the leader is the speed of the team!”?
Well watching my grandkids today proved that statement wrong!!😯

The youngest could not keep up with the rest and fell down causing the team to 🛑 stop And slow down as to not lose even the smallest slowest team member.
A good leader knows their teams strength and weaknesses and knows how to keep it all together.

Sometimes you’ll have to carry the weight of the slower one in order to get where you need to faster. Remember it’s about the ones on your team not you the leader!!
