Teresa here. Just finished a install and thought I'd post pics because it turned out really pretty. The bed wall has a small window which isn't centered in the room and wall to wall furniture. So I did side panels to make the window look bigger. Painted the walls this soft blue and added the shams and bed throw for some color! Next on the list is a new bedspread.

I've been working on a nursery for a client lately. She didn't want to know the gender of the baby so the nursery design has been a big secret. However, she does know the gender now, but the nursery is still a secret. I'm almost done with it so I'll be posting the big reveal in late in September or early October. Can't wait for she and her family to see it!! Stay tuned!

Just thought I'd share a little project. Before, during and after on an upholstery job. Sometime what's hiding inside an old chair is just a mess. Fortunately I have talented people who really know their stuff!

Took my baby girl to be spayed today. I felt so bad leaving her but I know its the best thing. Leaving her overnight so she can recuperate a little before I pick her up. She'll either be really glad to see me or be mad at me.

Hi, Teresa here. For years I've wanted to hold a bow tying class for the holidays and this is the the year I'm actually going to do it. So if you'd like to learn how to tie beautiful bows on your holiday gifts or for your Christmas trees and wreaths now it the time to learn. I'll be hosting the class on Thursday, November 14th at 6:00 pm at my office. Randy Roper Interiors, 311 N. Jefferson St., Huntsville, AL 35801. I will provide boxes, ribbon and wire to practice with. You are welcome to bring your own ribbon if you already have some you want to use. I'll also have some refreshments. Hi again. Teresa here. One more before and after. This master bath had basically zero cabinet storage. The yellow trim with the tan tile and the gray walls just fought with each other. The stair step of the tile on the walls was distracting. We couldn't understand the two level sink set up and that corner vanity was just so odd. So we removed all the tile and selected this gorgeous piece for the counter top. Then we selected tiles for the floors and walls that complimented that. Installed the wall tile all the way up to the ceiling. The room is separated into wet and dry space but the tub is far enough away so that area doesn't really get wet if the shower is on. The glass wall separates the areas but doesn't chop it in half visually. Got rid of the wood trim around the windows and installed tile to protect the windows and added faux wood blinds for privacy. I think it's a much improved space!
