Hello friends ✨ Some spaces don’t just hold history—they breathe it. This Christmas, I had the profound honor of styling the oldest home in Jackson County, built in 1848, where time has settled gently into every wall, floor, and corner.I approached this design with listening rather than leading—allowing the home’s patina, texture, and quiet stories to guide each choice. Nothing forced, nothing rushed. Just layers of warmth, restraint, and reverence for what already existed.
Donna & Rob trusted me fully, and that trust made room for something truly special. This project became more than holiday styling—it became a love letter to history, craft, and the beauty of honoring what came before us. This season marked a creative reset for me, and this home will forever hold a place in my heart as one of the most meaningful moments of my career.
Jackson County—thank you for allowing me to touch a piece of you
