✨ REFINISHING JOURNEY: PART 1 ✨

One of our amazing clients has handed me the keys to creativity and given me complete freedom to transform this table! 🎨🪑

As you can see, we’re starting with a piece that has definitely seen some life. The old finish is coming off, and the real transformation is just beginning. The best part? You’re going to get a front-row seat to the entire process!
First things first is stripping the paint off the top! This will be quite the process and take a few days for me to complete.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing updates every few days with photos of each step—from stripping and repairs to paint, stain, finishing details, and the final reveal. 🙌

Sometimes people see the finished furniture and think it just magically happens. ✨

What they don’t always see are the long nights, the early mornings, the sanding, painting, lifting, cleaning, repairs, and countless hours that go into every single piece.

Being a small business owner means there really isn’t a clock-out time. Even when we’re home, we’re hunting for the next great furniture find, planning projects, answering messages, creating content, or working on pieces that will eventually make their way into the shop.

These nightstands started as a simple $40 find. A lot of sweat, hard work, and love later, they became something we’re incredibly proud of.

We don’t share this looking for sympathy—we share it because we are so grateful. Every like, comment, share, purchase, and recommendation helps support a dream that we’ve poured our hearts into building.

My Clematis this year is gorgeous. I am going to split it into a few plants this fall. I just planted a reddish pink one on the opposite side. I cannot wait to see how it blooms together with the colors. What is your favorite plant that you have planted and post it in the comments below!
