Also sold 3 pair of earrings. The first photo was from my very first glaze firing. It was bitter sweet to see it go. I have loved the glaze on it more than any other and it was great to see someone else love it that much too. Definitely some of my favorites I have made so far sold yesterday. But, in truth they are all my favorites. I have loved teaching myself pottery. There is always something fun and new to learn and try.

Had a great market today! My sweet girl came and helped, and Andy helped with set up and clean up. Thankful for the great people that stopped, said hi, and found something they loved. I’m working on filling the kiln again and will have some fun things for fall and Christmas soon. Will let you know a date and time for the next market as soon as I know for sure when it will be. Hope to see you there.

Who knew teaching myself pottery would inspire me to paint more than I have in years? Yes, it is with underglaze on clay, but definitely not what I expected when I started this journey. I do love it though.

I have an order for 16 angel ornaments. I have made 24 so far. Lol
I want her to have choices.
That does mean there will be 8-10 extra available for sale.
I have to make enough other things to fill the kiln first. I’m thinking more soap dishes, jewelry (of course,) and maybe I’ll take some time to make my first slip cast mold for some bulbs. Stay tuned. Message if you have a special request or order.

Made the frames out of clay. Hand painted 9 mini paintings. Now they need to be bisque fired, to have glaze added and to be glaze fired. Then they need to be turned into rings, broches, bracelets, magnets and more. They may be small, but they take a very large amount of time and work.
